Shelton, WA, (December 9, 2018) – Habitat for Humanity of Mason County had an amazing turnout for the Blessing Ceremony for Habitat Home #29. The on-site Ceremony was held at 2:00 on Sunday, December 9th at 2426 Washington Street in Shelton. Pastor James Dale of Shelton First Baptist Church led the blessing.

During the Blessing Ceremony, Marty Crow Executive Director of Habitat for Humanity of Mason County thanked the Board of Directors, Staff and Volunteers, Shelton First Baptist Church, Faith Lutheran Church and our community in helping further the Mission of Habitat.
One of the core principles of the Habitat Mission is to partner with our community to provide a “hand up not a handout.” The family, fellow church members, friends and Habitat volunteers have been working hard to support Habitat in the construction of the Huskey’s new home.
Habitat of Humanity of Mason County appreciates the strong support of our Community and the commitment of our volunteers.
