Habitat House #31 Blessing Ceremony

Shelton, WA, (October 20, 2019)-Habitat for Humanity of Mason County had an amazing turnout for the Blessing Ceremony for Habitat Home #31. The on-site Ceremony was held at 1:00 PM on Sunday, October 20th at 301 Grandview Ave. Pastor Michael Wedman of New Community Church of Union led the blessing.

Future homeowner Cassie Tibbitts has been very helpful with volunteering and is excited for the completion of her Habitat home. Habitat for Humanity of Mason County appreciates the strong support of our Community and the commitment of our volunteers. We have many community partners that have come together to help support the construction of House #31. Sierra Pacific Industries donated all of the framing lumber needed to support the build of House #31, Williams Architect donated their design services, PUD 3 donated volunteer resources to help with the construction effort, Kimbel Construction donated land development & excavation services, A1 Roofing donated material and their roofing services to install the roof when framing was complete, and Bradley Air is donating services and installing one ductless mini split unit to heat and cool the house. We at Habitat for Humanity of Mason County thank you all for the help!
