Community Appeal: Help Habitat Bridge a Short-Term Gap

For nearly 29 years, Habitat for Humanity of Mason County has been building strength, stability, and self-reliance through affordable housing—reinvesting $2.6M locally, serving 411 homes, completing 372 preservation projects, and mobilizing 78,000+ volunteer hours.

Today, we need our community’s help.

We are experiencing a temporary cash-flow gap due to the timing of home sales in a challenging housing market. While we are financially sound and asset-rich, this short-term delay puts nearly 20 local jobs and ongoing projects at risk until a home sale closes in mid-February.

This is not a long-term issue, but a short-term bridge, and with community support, it’s one we believe we can cross together.

If you are able, a gift today helps keep staff working, projects moving, and families on track for safe, affordable homeownership.

Habitat has always been community-built. Thank you for standing with us now.
